EchoCare Connect calls your parent once a day on the phone they already have. The call starts with the photos and news your family shared. Afterward, your family group chat gets a short, kind update. When one of you is free, it can connect them to you right then.
No app for your parent. No new app for you. Your family keeps using the iMessage group it already has.
Lots of products give your parent an AI to talk to. EchoCare Connect is built to get more of your family on the phone with them.
Photos, news and plans in the family iMessage group. EchoCare Connect is a member of that group and quietly reads along.
At the set time, your parent gets a warm 5–7 minute call: the photo from yesterday, a mood check-in, their reminders and a short spoken game.
One kind sentence lands in the group after the call. It never quotes your parent, but it gives you something to call them about.
If someone has posted that they're free, the call can connect them.
"Mike is free right now. Want me to connect you?"
What we measure: phone calls between your parent and your family each week that started with EchoCare Connect.
The call schedule is set by your family. Here's a day with a 10:00 AM call that goes unanswered.
About an hour before something on the calendar, your parent gets a large-type picture card on their phone.
Your parent consents before the first call, not just the family member who signs up.
Every call makes that clear. It never pretends to be a person.
Highlights are about the call in general. Your parent's words stay between them and the call.
Call transcripts are kept for a week, then deleted.
No health records, no diagnoses, no medical advice.
One family member controls settings, so nothing changes by accident.
It never calls 911 or any emergency number. When something sounds urgent, it tells your family right away so a person can decide what to do. If your parent needs emergency monitoring, use a service built for that.
We're starting with 10–20 founding families. You get a lower price for good, and we get your honest feedback.
Then $19 a month, locked in for as long as you stay.
Or $290 a year. This is the price we plan to charge after the founding-family program. It may change as we learn.
Any phone that takes calls works for the daily call. Picture cards need a phone that can receive images, like a smartphone.
Yes, for now. EchoCare Connect joins an iMessage group. We can't join WhatsApp groups yet.
No, and it's designed not to. Every call is meant to give your family a reason to call too, and live connect puts your parent through to whoever is free.
If they mention something urgent on a call, like a fall or chest pain, EchoCare Connect messages the family group and phones your primary contact, then your backup. It does not call 911 and is not an emergency or medical alert service.
English only right now. We're working on other languages, starting with Albanian.
Yes. If they say "don't call me anymore," calls pause and the family admin is told.
We're onboarding our first founding families now, and we set up each family by hand. We'll be straightforward with you about what's ready and what isn't.
Tell us a little about your parent and your family group. We'll set everything up with you, step by step.
